Wove is driven by a culture of collaboration, learning and exploration that's suited to curious design hybrids and multi-adapters who love to try new things and learn new ways. That are interested in how things work, and how they can work better.

Paving the way for graduate hybrid designers

We have spoken as a team, with recent graduates and with students to hear their thoughts about entering industry. We found that multidisciplinary design graduates need a flexible and constructive pathway, one where they can reach their goals and feel a sense of responsibility.

With this in mind, we have designed a flexible experience programme that includes mentorship check-ins, 1 on 1 tutorials and strength reviews as well as an Introduction Week and Focus Weeks. To ensure you get the most out of this experience, we will chat about your goals and weave these into the programme. Want to improve a certain skill or learn about a particular topic? We will make it happen.

Why, what, how?

The Making of the Programme

The Role

Each year we look for one multidisciplinary designer who is:

Curious — Someone who is creatively curious and eager to learn more. We are looking for someone who is engaged in what their work means and the difference it can make.

A team player — Someone who has a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a constructive attitude.

Process-driven — A thoughtful analyst and a constructive problem solver, always striving to understand things more completely and more usefully.
